About Whitney

What started out as a coat rack for her has grown into a nice little home based Business for Whitney. With the urging from a few of her friends and her Father she started Selling at Local Horse shows, and Rodeos and to people wanting custom signs. Whitney has made custom signs or coat racks with her Original designs such as Birds, Dogs, Cats, Cows, antique Tractors, flowers, Cars, Barns, Homesteads, and the list goes on. Whitney’s love of horses influences most of her "at liberty" art. Her Art is made on 1 inch thick solid pine wood, and varies in lengths depending on what a customer might want. She makes her own designs, you won’t find any of it coming from a crafters book or magazine. Whitney then wood burns them and paints them. All of the pieces have at least one coat of varnish on them depending if they will be inside or outside. On her equine coat racks she welds the horse shoes hook assembly. The unique hook assembly puts 100% of weight hung on the rack onto the welded metal and 0% on the wood so it won’t crack or break. The hanger part of the assembly are 32 inches apart to fit the studs in your walls, for a secure installation.  Whitney can make your home, Dog, Horse, or whatever your heart desires for a treasured personal gift, keepsake, or heirloom.

Most of the pieces that you see on this site are for sale, you’ll find custom or SOLD in the titles of the pieces. On the Artwork page Whitney would love to email photos of the pieces she has in stock for sale at any given time.

The prices that you see on the Etsy site are inflated and you will be quoted a lower price if you email through this site with description of the product you’re interested in. Most of the coat racks in the Artwork page are not shown with the horse shoe hooks on they can be sold with or without the hooks.

Whitney has gone into the button/magnet making and selling business also you can see a sample of them by clicking on Artworks. She can make custom buttons or magnets from your picture or you can buy her ready made magnets. Please ask for photos of the new magnet or buttons she’s made, by emailing her from the email link on this sites home page as keeping current photos on this site is difficult and she will be making new art and magnets all the time.
