Created the IRA, in the same group of papers where I also created the SDI Strategic Defense Initiative Star Wars project, nominated Lee Iacocca to head the Statue of Liberty refurbishment, and numerous other projects & systems.
The IRA project was designed to generate at least one trillion dollars or more during each 16-year cycle, and to run for at least 10 cycles, or 160 years, when it can be reviewed for major modification. Minor modifications will take place in a more continuous fashion such as increasing the amounts to set aside being increased with inflation and other factors, over the original $2,000 and $2,500, and these amounts being equalized soon.
I hope you can see my sense of humor in the graphic below, since I still have not been paid for these projects yet.
It is unfortunate that administration and subsequent administrations did
not pay me when they were supposed to, and it is unfortunate the Federal Courts
didn't hold them to account when they had the chance.
I had several other projects planned. One of them was to start a research
hospital similar to the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and use my abstract way
of viewing things to find a cure for cancer; but they destroyed that American
dream along with many others.
