2003—Themes, 10-month issues and Declarations
A) Receive keys in 2003
The Lord keeps saying to me for 2003 are maybe three things. First of all it’s a year to receive keys in 2003. We need keys to open up the next door that is there for us. Keys are equated to revelation and authority in the Word of God, so we have to be a people of revelation and we have to move in authority.
B) See in 2003
It’s a year to see in 2003, actually see. There comes a time when you need to see a manifestation of God. God wants to manifest Himself. He wants us to see the angelic hosts. Barbara said there were angelic hosts in this place. He wants us to start seeing what He has for us. He doesn’t want you to miss that that God has for you.
C) Come out and be free in 2003
1) Freedom
Then He’s saying, “Come out and be free in 2003.” Freedom scares people, the devil, and religious spirits. Freedom scares individuals—because you’ve been so used to a boundary that you’ve been operating in, and all of a sudden God opens the door to that fence that’s been around you, and He says walk on out into a new place.
2) Reconfigure boundaries
God is opening a gate for His people this year. Get ready to have to re-configure your boundaries, because it’s going to be a requirement for God that we come out of the boundaries we’ve been in and enter into a new place: in worship, in vision, in ministry, in business, in family. We’re going to have to do some new things.
D) Become more revelatory in 2003
Another thing that the Spirit of God is saying to me for this year is we need to know how to interpret revelation, how to interpret dreams. God’s people need to become more revelatory as He communicates with us in days ahead, and really be able to evaluate the subjective revelation that you’re getting.
E) Optimize Resources in 2003
The Spirit of God said “optimize resources.” Prepare for prosperity in the midst of war. We’re going to have to know how to optimize resources, look at what you’ve got. Therefore, you’re not going to waste those resources to use other resources.”
1) Understand mammon.
We are entering into a new season, and I’m going to show you financially what’s going to happen this year, because this is a mammon-driven nation. It’s what has caused a lot of the reproach to come against us that’s coming against us now. We must understand mammon. Many of us equate money with mammon. Money’s not the problem. Money’s fine; mammon is an issue. Mammon is linked into the Queen of Heaven system, and it’s always linked into a worship system. We must understand it if we’re going to beat the power of it.
2) Optimize definition.
Optimize means; first of all, it is a root of staying optimistic. You’re not going to optimize resources if you’re living a pessimistic thinking in your brain. It is the doctrine or belief that good and God (now listen to this definition), that good and God actually prevail, instead of evil prevailing. Some of us are expecting evil to prevail in this land, and you’re going to get caught up in it. We’ve got to quit expecting evil to prevail. Quit expecting evil to prevail in your life.
3) Optimize resources means…
[Optimize resources, is] the tendency to take the most hopeful view of a matter, and expect the best outcome to occur. And if we don’t start thinking like this we’re not going to make the shift this year.
Resources means this: it’s something that is lying ready for use, or that can be drawn on for aid. When the Lord says in Daniel 11:33 that He will have a strong people that will do exploits, that means they will optimize their resources. Now, the season for that verse we’re entering into this year. And how we enter into it this year is how we will see prosperity follow us in the next five years.
F) You will be efficient this year
This is the shifting year in the midst of the seven-year war period that we’re in. Don’t let war produce fear in you. You are a worshipper who wars. Therefore as you’re worshiping a holy God, He’s going to back you up. Right now we must enter in with this type of thinking.
1) Efficiency.
It also means to bring something into its fullest condition. God is going to optimize His resources this year. He’s going to optimize His resources, and we must start thinking like this along with Him so He can make us efficient. Just speak it over somebody: “You will be efficient this year.”
2) Scattering.
How many of you feel like you’re scattered half the time? OK, that’s why we’re here in this region, it is scattered most of the time. No, we’ve got to ask the Lord right now to break that spirit of scattering that’s come against us. God’s about to optimize His resource, He’s not going to let us end up the way we’ve been. He’s turning the tide over us. It’s a covenant issue with Him.
3) Multiplication.
What He’s giving you, no matter how small it is, He wants multiplication to come into it. And He wants you to not have a management mentality, a maintenance mentality. He wants you to have a multiplication mentality over everything that comes into your hands.
4) Harvest mentality.
He’s going to be very gracious this year to us, because He’s training us in this. We must enter into this training to come into the harvest mentality that He has for us ahead. When we see a lost person, we’ll say “Wait a minute. God wants that one.” That’s what’s keeping us from drawing the lost in. We’re not seeing them the way God sees them. There’s going to be a shift coming on us. Don’t be fearful in this, just enter in. Same way with healing.
II) Introduction to 10-month issues
A) Shift.
We’re about to see a shift. The Lord, in November had me prophesy, “That we are entering a 10-month season beginning December 12, of God performing and revealing His character as I AM, in such a way that Pharaoh and God’s people will know who He is. Now, for me to be here, that’s linked into this region.
B) A season of confrontation.
In Future War of the Church, one of the things Becky and I wrote about in here were the 10 plagues, really the 10 issues of Moses’ confrontation, so that God’s people could be released from Pharaoh.
And the Spirit of God said, “I want you to know you are entering into a season of confrontation over these next 10 months.”
C) First month, overthrow the thrones of iniquity.
We’re in the first month of the confrontation, nationally, internationally, individually, corporately, as well as territorially. Look at the demonstration of God’s power through Moses. (Exodus 7-13)
D) God’s glory.
The first real act after God reveals His glory, number one, is to “cry out”. The glory of God must be seen by us this year. God’s glory showed up to Moses and changed Moses’ direction.
E) Thrones of iniquity.
Next, notice when Moses went before Pharaoh (Ex. 7.6) for instance the first thing that happened, the rod became a serpent. There were two main Egyptian gods that were linked with serpents. Remember these two magicians came and threw their rods down represented those two gods.
This is going to be a season that we must overthrow the thrones of iniquity that have been holding back the release of God’s harvest in our midst, holding back God’s covenant blessings in our families. To do that there must be confrontation.
1) You must confront God, and then confront your enemy. Submit yourself to God, resist the devil and He will flee. Then draw near to God and He will draw near to you. That’s the progression of victory.
2) These two gods were an Egyptian snake god a) Apep, a personification of darkness and evil, b) and Edjo, a serpent goddess that protected the lower regions of Egypt. There are protectorate spirits of evil stationed in this region. One of the ways you break their power is to do what we’re doing. And if we don’t do this [gather together] at least three times a year, they gain a stronger hold in the entire region. We must come together and do this.
3) So what Moses did, he watched, he threw his rod down, it became a serpent. They threw these two rods down, representing the territorial protectorate spirits, along with the power of that snake god representing darkness and evil. And notice his rod ate up the both of them.
4) Now, what does that mean to us? These 10 months are going to be a new war, one after the other, that we’re going to have to stand together in prayer as God’s people, to overthrow. You can’t be afraid of the power, the supernatural power of magic and divination. You’re going to have to know that you have a greater power.
C) March: Declare your seed will start to prosper.
The third thing we begin to see was a plague of frogs. What we want to see and what we want to ask God to do are two things: Those were all linked with gods, and Moses was addressing them, because he was showing Pharaoh God was in control of this thing. But yet, he was showing God’s people God was going to break them out into a new way.
1) Declare seed to prosper.
In March, declare your seed will start to prosper. Every offering you give, you declare thirty-fold, sixty-fold, a hundred-fold. Something must shift in March with the multiplication of God’s people. Remember this was where things started getting a little different. Pharaoh had to summon Moses to stop this plague.
2) Government (March).
I want to say this to our Christians in civil government: “You’re going to be called up, and you need to have the right word at the right time, because you’re going to be asked questions starting around March over certain things. God says, “Don’t be super-spiritual. Say what you need to say to change the course of this land.”
D) April: Agricultural shift
The next thing was the plague of gnats which was addressing a god of fertility, and of vegetation. This year we need to see an agricultural shift in this land. Because, why the economy is the way it is—we’re looking at tech stocks—never look at stuff like that. Look at how the agriculture is prospering, the natural resources are prospering. We must see a shift in that, somewhere right in this area of April. If we don’t, we won’t see multiplication coming.
So I want us to start praying for the agricultural systems working in our region. Pray for the farms, pray for the crops, pray for everything that you can pray for that is linked with agriculture in that month. It is so important.
E) May: Think sewage
The next thing that we find was the plague of flies. This has a two-fold thing that I want us to see in May, that is very important. You remember the story in 2 Samuel 5 where they entered in through the sewage and overthrew the Jebusites. Call May your sewage month. What that means to me is this: you’re going to find a way in to overthrow your enemy. Do not let your enemy get an upper hand over you, because in April—I’m going to go back for a moment. I want to say this: we’re going to see a financial shaking. Now get ready for it. It’ll start about February, but it’ll shake in April.
And with that God’s going to show you how to multiply. That’s where this word
“optimize resources”—see and it…matters to me if you understand it or not, eventually you will. That’s how it works prophetically.
1) May: War
But in May, you’re going to have to go to war, because we’re going to be in a different level of war. And with that, you need to find your way in to overthrow that enemy that’s been set against you. You need to say “I’m crawling through the sewage. I’m coming in, and I’m popping up.” And just like David said, “Surprise—here I am!” you need to say to the enemy, “Surprise—here I am, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, or my knees dirty.” Because the river is going to actually look like a sewage in May. Now hear me, if you can figure that one out, I got it.
2) Hidden plots to be uncovered.
And, the other thing is, there are underground plots in some key cities that must be uncovered in May.
(a) Detroit Metro Airport
I want to say this, because I saw it clearly while we were worshiping, we need to declare that the plot against the Detroit airport and the Atlanta airport will be uncovered. And there are undercover, underground—now hear my words—plots going on in certain major cities. In May, think sewage. Start believing that now and moving in it, the sewage will not scare you or offend you.
(b) Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco
Los Angeles has a, is a major target this year, Los Angeles and San Diego and San Francisco, all three of them, but especially LA. We need to pray and declare there is protection and an uncovering of the strategy of hell over them. It’s very important we get this. You’re starting the year, so you must be God’s first fruits, so He knows you’re capable of praying certain things through.
F) June: Pray for the livestock.
Pray for the livestock issue in June, very important that we begin to pray for livestock. God’s going to show Pharaoh His strength. As we’re praying through this, we’re going to start seeing supernatural shaking happen worldwide.
G) Supernatural alignment of God and enemy.
1) Alignment of God.
There is a peculiar supernatural alignment going on in the heavens, of God’s people. Now it’s happening. God’s doing it. He’s drawing us together. Before long, we’re going to be so desperate it will not—our doctrines will be overtaken by our desperateness.
2) Alignment of enemy, to overthrow God’s covenant.
There’s a supernatural alignment but, there’s a supernatural alignment going on with the enemies of God’s covenant that you must understand is happening at the same time. That’s why it’s important that we align. That’s why it’s important that we stay together. That’s why it’s important we come together and worship, because there are certain forces aligning to overthrow God’s covenant.
3) War over covenant.
We are going into a covenant war, and this is a year of rest in the midst of the war. Now all this I’m saying is, enter into it. Enter in, enter in, enter into the rest of it. Enter into the faith of it. Activate your faith, because we’re going to need that activation of faith and grace for the following five years.
4) The real target is not Iraq.
The real issue is that there are demon forces that would target God’s covenant land of Israel, and we’ve got to understand that. Thank God we’re still trying to stand in the midst of it, with that you have a favor from God.
H) September: Be willing to get to where you have to go.
In September, we’re going to see another major hit and a major strike. The airline industry will have to change fully by then. It will be totally a different structure. Our way of transportation is going to be as if we want to back off, and not go where we need to go. No, just say, “Lord, you’ve got to get me there. You’ve got to get me to the place I need to be.” Be willing to get to that place.
Mary and Joseph had to get to Bethlehem to fulfill the prophecy. It didn’t matter if she was 10 months pregnant or 9 months pregnant. It didn’t matter all, that they had to get to that place, or else the sign wouldn’t be in place and the redemptive plan of God wouldn’t unfold right. There are certain places you have to get to whether you want to get there or not.
I) October: A major war will take place in two arenas—first fruits and first born.
1) We’re going to see a major war begin to break out in two arenas in October. The war is over a) first fruits and b) firstborn. God is preparing his people to win this war. Now hear my words, “Do not come into agreement with the assignments against first fruits and firstborn.” This is a year to redeem first fruits and firstborn.
2) Detroit is a first fruits city.
(a) God’s going to do something very peculiar in that city. This principle I’m saying, we must enter into it this year.
(b) Firstborn.
(c) There are assignments against the firstborn—that’s for all of us. I have firstborn children, I am a firstborn. You have firstborn children. There are assignments this year against the firstborn that God plans on breaking. You do what it takes to resist and draw the best out of that firstborn. You also know that if you enter into a first fruit understanding, and you will enter into it before the end of the year, you will begin to see a multiplication mindset come into you, that what we need for the next five years we’ll have.
IV) Scripture and Declarations
A) Scripture for region, 2 Kings 19
1) Promise, covenant and threats of the enemy. God gave me this for you, for this region. He showed me that we had stuck this thing out for three years, which was important. Therefore you have a promise that’s over you. You need to claim that promise. This was where Sennacherib was attempting to overthrow Hezekiah, or God’s covenant plan for that region. Now look at it like that. Matter of fact, what he really said was, “I have overthrown this city and this city and this city. What makes you think you’re going to stand in my way?” In other words, “I’m coming through; you’re next.” And evidently this region, there was a plan of destruction.
2) Cry out and prophetic release.
And so, here he’s saying that so Hezekiah begins to do what he should do, cry out to the Lord, just like what we said earlier. And as he did that, Isaiah loosed a word over him. And that word began to work in him. And then Isaiah began to prophesy again, and began to tell him that things were going to change. That though the enemy had a plan to steamroll, the enemy was not going to be able to steamroll over that particular region. Now, you’re a part of this region, so that word is to you individually. Even thought some of you are in a hard place tonight, and the enemy’s saying “You’re next, and I’m going to wipe you out,” you say “Wait a minute, the tide’s turning tonight!” And just stand, and say “Wait a minute; I’m not going to be steamrolled over in this.”
3) Third year, sow and reap, declare fruit springing forth.
And notice in verse 29: “This shall be a sign to you. You shall eat this year such as grows of itself,” Year one. We pretty well did that. In the second year, how may of you, is this the third time you’ve actually been with us here? See, it’s a good crowd here. “In the second year what springs from the sand,” year two. “Also, in the third year, sow and reap.” We’re entering the third year, it’s time for this region and you to sow and reap.
“Plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them. And the remnant who have escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward.” This third year is a fruitful year for this region. You’re to declare fruit springing forth. This is a good remnant tonight. Let it take root downward. Let the things God is doing in this region not be shaken. Take your stand and watch God begin to move in this region. “For out of Jerusalem shall go a remnant, and those who escape from Mt. Zion. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will do this.” Therefore, thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria (the enemy of the region): “He shall not come into this city.”
You have the right this year to go to the major cities of this region and say “The enemy is blocked at the gate.” It is up to you whether you do it or whether you don’t do it. Every major city in this region you can say “Wait a minute, the enemy is blocked and not coming in to do destructive harm in this region.”
“He shall not come into this city nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor build a siege mound against it. By the way that he came, by the same shall he return. He shall not come into this city, saith the Lord.” I want to say to you, God has drawn you together three straight years, so that you take authority over the cities of this region, declaring and forbidding the enemy’s entrance, declaring the enemy out.
2) Declarations over region and issues.
However he came in, he will have to go out. Declare it to be exposed. Declare change over this region. Declare the fruit to start coming forth. Quit competing with churches. Declare the churches will be filled. Declare a hunger falling on the people. Declare a major move of God, because God is intending to optimize the resources of this region during this season. This is a changing time. Watch for breakthrough not only manifesting, but watch for the Body of Christ radiating this year and moving forward into a whole new way.
3) Anointing.
Now do this, just hold your hands with the palm up like this, and just say “Lord anoint the works of my hands. Multiply the works of my hands. Put an anointing on my hands.” Now take your hands and put them over your eyes. Now release that anointing from heaven into you so that you can see the desire of God on your enemies.
Declare that you will see the desire of God over your enemies. Now declare that fruit will come forth in your home, and your ministry, in your life, just declare fruit springing forth. Declare that you are breaking out of a confined place and into a new place. Declare the gate opening up. Now declare that you will see the Church in this area running and skipping and leaping like a calf out of a confined gate. Now ask the Lord to restore the leaping anointing in this region. Now invite the host of heaven to come into your midst and to lead you forth from this place, just invite them to come. Declare angels coming into the midst of God’s people. Now declare any hidden criminal that would be working evil in this region will be exposed, in Jesus’ Name. Declare the evildoers are being found out even now.
4) Regional mantle and miracles.
Now I want you to lay hands on someone next to you and declare a new anointing for prayer and declaration will rise up within them, and their mouth will be filled with the glory of God. Now, declare God’s wind and His mantle beginning to blow in this region. Declare His mantle coming in a new way. Declare a mantle and a miracle is beginning to happen across this region. Now, give a miracle shout and watch miracles begin to happen in this region!….Yes, Lord!
5) Powers breaking (Barbara Yoder)
One of the things you need to understand happens when you loose that shout, it splits, it splits the heaven, it breaks the powers, and angelic hosts are released to go to uncover and to deal with evil powers. I want you to do that with knowledge now, that when you are shouting and when you clap your hand you break the power of the enemy, and it will be broken, and it will be uncovered.
6) Columbus Ohio. Hallelujah! I just saw a major anointing back here. There’s many of you back in this section right here, that the power of God is going to come out of you, you are going to leap out of the situation that you’re in. The enemy has tried to fence you in and shut you down, but the presence of God is coming, and you’re going to leap over the fences that have been crowding you in and keeping you out. There’s a major wind that’s going to hit your church in March, because the Lord says “I’m going to hit Columbus big time, and as a sign, I’m going to hit your church in March with a major wind.” The Lord said “Get ready! Prepare the people, because I’m going to blow like you’ve never seen Me blow before.”
C) Enemy plots and the report of the Lord.
Oh, I’m telling you, there’s a huge thing here. I began to see enemy plots begin to be untangled and interrupted, that we are headed for the greatest victory we’ve ever seen. We will not believe the enemy’s report. We will believe the report of the Lord!
There’s an area back in here, there’s a major wind of healing that’s going to hit this section back here, that the Spirit of God is moving. There’s going to be supernatural healing for issues that the doctors have said is incurable, and even right now, the Spirit of God is moving on you and blowing some physical issues right out of you, as a sign of how God is going to heal in the territory that you’re in.
D) Interruption of sports events. (Chuck Pierce)
And while we were shouting I saw the Lord interrupting the sports events of this region, in the coming year. It will be like a tangled issue that comes nationwide. Every eye will be on this area next year. And the Lord says “I will interrupt the sports events and My glory will begin to enter in, in a new way.”
E) State Police (Barbara Yoder)
Alright. Just turn to the one next to you, high-five them and say “We’re in for it! This is good!” Let me just, there’s a major wind that’s going to hit the State Police, and the law enforcement authorities, and the Lord said “I’m going to give you supernatural insight.” The Lord said “I am setting watchmen inside the law enforcement agencies of this region and this state.” And the Lord said “They are going to uncover way beyond what they thought they could, that I am anointing their eyes to see and their ears to hear beyond the natural. And I shall cause you to be a spearhead to raise up those watchmen and those intercessors, even in the law enforcement agencies, and you shall see great intervention in this year,” declares the Lord.
